Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
• Previous sales or marketing experience (website sales is a plus!)
• At least 3 years in a high-end business-to-business sales environment preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales/phone skills
• Understanding of how marketing techniques can increase clients’ bottom line
• Basic computer literacy
• A strong focus on customer service and maintaining relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for results
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

What You'll Do

• Manage and manipulate client website and social platforms so that their message can be found in the search engine results pages.
• Evaluate a client’s digital presence and recommend strategies for successful growth
• Communicate results in an easy to understand manner
• Explore effective social media strategies and trends
• Build and maintain relationships with business professionals
• Research news, events, and trends as they pertain to digital marketing
• Manage your account database (Salesforce)
• Conduct monthly interviews/meetings with clients to discuss progress
• Create effective digital copy
