What You'll Need

BA or BFA degree, preferably with graphic design or multimedia focus
Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to design for the web (front end)
Creative thinking skills/ability to “think outside the box”
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Skills in designing material based on client and/or management specifications
Detail orientation
Ability to work in a team environment and meet strict deadlines
Experience with InDesign a plus

What You'll Do

Work daily at our headquarters in Northwest Indiana
Work closely with design team to create custom websites for clients
Design print materials, including catalogs, ads, direct mail, brochures, logos, posters, and booth graphics
Incorporate client changes into final design
Complete projects in a timely manner, with keen attention to detail
Design for digital format, including websites, web graphics, Facebook ads, and e-newsletters
Advise clients on strategies to reach their target audience, with consideration to layout, color schemes, images, and fonts
